PG/Jr. KG/Sr. KG: Photocopy of DOB Certificate(Nagar Nigam), Three Passport size photographs.
Note: If DOB certificate(Nagar Nigam) is not present then parents can provide DOB certificate from Defence Services(Air Force), Last school letter head.

Class I: Transfer certificate, Photocopy of last class report card, Two Passport size photographs & DOB certificate(Nagar Nigam).

Class II to XI: Two Passport size photographs, Transfer certificate (Original), Photocopy for last class report card & DOB certificate(Nagar Nigam).
